What is your exchange policy?
We want you to be happy. We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of your tracking number delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
Human hair extensions, clip ins & wigs are considered a hygienic product. KCY takes matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. In order to be able to provide great product and customer support, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs, closures, frontals and texture samples.
What does "returned in the same condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached. Basically, if we shipped you the hair in it's current condition as a new customer, would you be happy with it? For that reason, we cannot do exchanges on hair that has been altered from it's state when it was originally purchased.
Do I have to pay for shipping for my exchange?
Yes. We will provide you with all the details on how to return your order. Please contact customer support and we will reply with details on how to facilitate the process.
Should I contact you before exchanging my hair extensions?
Please contact us before sending your exchange. Returns with no prior contact will be denied because they must be noted in our systems to be accepted at our warehouse.
What happens if my package is marked Wrong Address, Return to Sender or Not picked up from Post Office?
Please be advised that there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns that come back to us due to incorrect addresses, return to senders due to not picking shipment up from post office. No exceptions.
We do not refunds any shipping costs.
